The Book of Grocery Store Etiquette: Grocery Store Etiquette, A Guide for the Consumer, Based on Over 30 Years of Observations and Aggravations
by Carol Redinger
Etiquette is a basic set of rules for behavior in polite society. This fun and informative guide was written for the purpose of teaching the general public about acceptable behavior while shopping in a grocery store. If you’ve ever worked with the public and found their behavior to be irritating, aggravating, or otherwise unacceptable, then you, too, need to read this to know you’re not alone!
ABOUT THE AUTHOR
The author has spent the last thirty-four years working in the grocery industry at various job levels. She began making notes about her observations and aggravations regarding the customers she waited on and stuffed them in a box. When the box became full, it was apparent that the information needed to be presented to the public in an effort to make the world a kinder, funnier, and more thoughtful place.
