This book is a cluster of the author’s personal faith-based survival skills put together in the form of poems. The intentions are to encourage those with similar struggles and to inform women who have struggles in their marriages, relationships, and families that troubles do not last always. It also includes words of encouragement, scriptures, and a place to write in your own thoughts to encourage your own heart.
The conclusions of the book are poems perhaps to encourage the reader as well as poems for all occasions to help those not as creative with blank greeting cards for several occasions.
About the AuthorKeisha L. McAllister expresses herself better on paper rather than verbally. She began keeping a journal to keepsake her deepest thoughts, pains, and desires. It was not until her adult years that she realized writing was an outlet. This book is a collection of poems she has written through the years from actual events that occurred in her life. She is also the author of Between Two Lives.
She is an ordained minister currently living in Orange Park, Florida, with her husband, Bishop Stanley McAllister, Jr.; her ten-year-old son, Nygel Williams; and her new arrival, Joshua McAllister.
