ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Clark served as a corporate manager for over ten years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Valdosta State University and a master’s degree in business administrative from the University of Phoenix. He is a program manager for Entrepreneur Development Network as well as a credit counselor for Urban Hope, a first-time homebuyers program. Clark’s retail and consulting career begin in 1992, when he joined one of the world’s largest retail operations. After various promotions, Clark led the division in sales and profits as a store manager.
In 2005 Clark started his own credit consulting firm, Clark and Associates. As an entrepreneur and business leader, Clark understands how the current workforce challenges, including the lack of understanding corporate and business credit and how it affects the bottom line. As a former manager, Clark also understand the workforce, training, customer service, profit and loss, community relations, human resources, and ongoing development, which drives an organization.
In the fall of 2006, Clark graduated from the Entrepreneur Training Development Network (EDN), a business plan writing course that increased his ownership skills. Clark graduated at the top of his class as the valedictorian and went on to become a program manager and supporter of the initiatives. Through participation in EDN, Clark has been able to grow his business model by reaching thousands of community leaders within Atlanta and the surrounding areas.
