by Maurice P. Hanvey

No matter how genuine you feel when motivated to improve your friend’s love life, keep your nose out of it.

Just like in this book, when Morgan writes to his lonely widower sister in England, telling her about his equally lonely friend in the United States, your well-meant efforts may have disastrous results you may end up having to bury at the bottom of the ocean. And if that isn’t enough, your nicely planned future may get torn to pieces by their families. Morgan Treadwell’s “Log Book” reveals what happened to him.

I was born in 1920 at a British military hospital in Palestine, en route to India. I joined RAF in 1940 as a pilot and was demobilized in 1946. I then entered the aviation industry and won an Associate Fellowship of Royal Aeronautical Society in 1955. My thesis for this was the design of a two-seat helicopter.

I emigrated to Canada in 1955 and was employed by AVRO in Toronto. I enjoy writing fiction novels for amusement, I am a competent scuba diver, and I am a private pilot. I currently live at Diamond Point Airport.
