ABOUT THE AUTHOR
D. Steven Shook starting writing love notes in the first grade and has been writing intermittently ever since. If it wasn’t poetry, it was a song of a story to tell his friends at a kegger. When he was twenty, he was diagnosed as bipolar, and he started writing as a form of therapy.
In 2004, his cousin traced the family tree and found that they are descendants of King Charlemagne of France. He is proud to know this.
