Essays and Thoughts
by Richard F. Rubino
This is a collection of reflections by a person who enjoys documenting the various moods and mental experiences he feels.
It gives small examples of "ups and downs" and sometimes the confusion one feels in the grip of emotional pulls-from exhilaration to desperation…from fog to clarity-as well as the things we face as steppingstones in our emotional growth, whether toward success or frustration and destruction.
All this is written by a man making a serious attempt to understand his world.
