I lived through a depression, a world war the assassination of a president, the resignation of another. Yet, in this world I have found so much happiness, that maybe I can help you smile, maybe even laugh. Perhaps I can help you remember some stories in your life that will make you smile. ABOUT THE AUTHOR
I lived in Toledo and Findlay, Ohio. I attended Bowling Green State University where I received a BS in Ed majoring in Speech and minoring in History and Biology. I edited the college yearbook and was in Who's Who in America Colleges 1952. I entered Hamma Divinity School at Wittenberg University Springfield Ohio where I received an MDiv in 1955. I was pastor of Christ's Church in Cambridge, Ohio, First in Mesa, Arizona, Interim Pastor at Lutheran Church of Hope in Phoenix, and Summer helper at Christ's Lutheran (Mo Synod) Coolidge Arizona. I am a member of Holy Trinity Chandler, Arizona. My wife Mary and my German Shepherd Rowdy kept me laughing this summer when I injured my leg and wrote this book. I have 4 children and 4 grandchildren.
