by Karen Shields

In August of 2001, Karen Shields was a breaking news story in Phoenix, Arizona, when she escaped from her boyfriend, who had held her hostage for three days. It has taken her over two years to heal enough to tell her story, but it must be told.

Even though there have been other books written by ex–Hell’s Angels women, this is Karen Shields’s personal account. While she doesn’t tell it all, she does give a much different light o the life she chose and the consequences. One Lived and One Died…this is her story.
