by Barbara LaCour
Trisha Taylor was a young girl who grew up in a world of adversity. Separated from her mother at birth, she traveled from foster home to foster home. Molested, raped, abused, and much more, her faith in her mother and in God all faded.
Now grown up, Trisha finds herself in the same predicament as her mother. With her child taken away at birth, she is once again left all alone. Had God taken her life away to punish her? Was she destined to live in a world of chaos? With the help of an angel in disguise as a nurse named Dominique, Trisha finds a ray of hope. Will that hope finally give Trisha peace? Or will she forever be lost in chaos?
ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Born January 12, 1983, on the south side of Chicago, finding hobbies weren’t difficult. Playing sports and video games and watching television gave me the imagination I needed to express myself through creative writing.
As an adult, I now understand I can use my imagination to reflect a positive attitude in everyone’s lives. I hope my literary skills can encourage others to be positive as well as helpful. I always say, “It’s better to be a blessing and not a curse. Every blessing is a miracle in the making.”
