ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Carey McWilliams lives in Fargo, North Dakota, with his wife, Victoria; his retired guide dogs, Tarif and Delbert; and their cat, Midnight. Blinded at age ten due to a late-blooming birth defect, he enjoys scuba diving skydiving. Carey is best known for becoming the first blind person to earn a permit to carry a loaded firearm for self-defense. In 1989, he toured an active nuclear launch capsule at Whitman Air Force Base as a cadet in the USAF Auxiliary, later studying nuclear weapons privately. Moonlight’s Meridian: Nuclear Terrorism and the Undead is his first novel.
