A Plastics Apprentice is a frolicsome and bawdy tale of a man and his nephew, itinerant salesmen moving from village to village, selling plastic goods from their pushcarts. Both possess some physical qualities that make them attractive to others and accordingly exploit these to maximize whatever can be had. This results in a series of lusty adventures that are both positive and occasionally negative for the astonished and rapidly maturing nephew. It is additionally a cross-cultural comparison of values and priorities that are rapidly changing in our ever-shrinking world, and it is a true affirmation of human life in a very real way.
