ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Alma lives in California. She has five children and six grandchildren. Alma received degrees in both Early Childhood Education and Child Development. She has worked as a preschool teacher and most recently with homeless women and children residing in a women’s shelter. Alma penned the words of this book from her life’s experiences, which changed dramatically when she had an encounter with Jesus. She hopes Poems from My Soul will be an encouragement to the reader. Alma is also using her creativity in the field of art and creating learning activities for children. She enjoys exercise, dancing, and music.
