Kristen grew up believing that out of every bad thing comes something good. During her struggles though her teenage years, she began writing down her heartache. Through the passing of her grandfather, a loss of a good friend, and the neverending drama of finding love along with a place in the world, she would write to help herself grow. The writing carried on through college and then on to her struggles in the real world.
Through My Eyes is a collection of her life. In this book, you will find yourself connecting with Kristen in her times of distress and happiness. The vibrant outlook she obtains on life has brought her to where she is today. Her dream is to use these writings to guide others through their struggles so they can end up in a place where they belong. ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Kristen was born in Amsterdam, New York, where she lived with her loving parents and two sisters. She then attended LeMoyne College in Syracuse, New York, and obtained a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Philosophy. Immediately after college, she moved to Atlanta, Georgia, where she currently resides, to start her career in Account Management.
Her writing first started after the passing of her grandfather. During his time in the war, he wrote numerous poems explaining his hard times and his neverending love for her grandmother. His long struggle with cancer made her realize that sometimes you have to go through the bad before you can find love and become someone in this world.
