Whales Used to Fly in the Sky
by Steven Earl Curran
In this exciting book for children and parents, Steven Earl Curran presents an old-fashioned concept—you have to use your imagination; it’s nothing like a video game. While Whales Used to Fly in the Sky does touch in fact (the ancestors of whales did walk on dry land before living in the ocean), the rest is pure exciting fiction for kids five to twelve.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Steven Earl Curran was inspired to write this book by his son. When he was six years old, his class planned a trip to Sea World, but he came down with the measles and cried all morning. He asked his father to tell him about whales, so Steven made up this story and told it to his son as he lay in bed.
