by Pauline Choquette
Pauline Choquette decided on the title Wisdom for this book because she feels that as she gets older, she better understands what life is all about and what is important in it.
She thinks of her poems as part of the way we should be living and caring about our surroundings, whether people or things of this world. A lot of the poems are inspirational because they encourage us to allow God to be bigger part of our lives. Pauline Choquette hopes her readers will understand that there is a lesson to be learned from each poem.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Pauline Choquette was born in Watertown, Massachusetts. She has four siblings, including a twin brother. She and her husband Raymond have been married for forty years; they have five wonderful children and eleven beautiful grandchildren. Choquette now lives in the small town of East Brookfield, Massachusetts. Her hobbies include knitting, crocheting, and writing poetry.
Her first poem was about a newly adopted granddaughter. Since then, friends and family have encouraged her to continue writing. Only with God’s help and inspiration is she able to write. God gives her thoughts and ideas from the things around her as she lives her life.
