ABOUT THE AUTHOR

A native of Los Angeles, California, Adrienne Brooks-Dominguez is employed at the San Bernardino City Schools. She is a writer and a spoken word artist. She is a single mother of two sons. She is retired from the U.S. Air Force Reserves and is a member of the Women’s Memorial. In her spare time, she enjoys hobby crafts and volunteer work.
